4 month milestones

In 4 month milestones baby will become much more active and alert and learn to interact with the world around them. At this age, your baby needs routine and reassurance they are loved and cared for and will continue to grow and thrive. In 4 month milestones most babies have a hit a pretty significant physical milestone by doubling their birth weight.

In 4 month milestones your little one will weigh at least 13 pounds or more by 4 months old, although every baby is different. If your baby was born prematurely, for instance, they may need a little more time to double their birth weight.

In 4 month milestones your baby smiles spontaneously, especially at people and likes to play with people and might cry when playing stops. Baby can copies some movements and facial expressions, like smiling or frowning. Baby also reaches for toy with one hand and uses hands and eyes together, such as seeing a toy and reaching for it.

There are some of the major developmental milestones you can expect from baby in 4 month milestones.

Baby Rolls over from front to back. He can Sits with support. Bears weight when standing on a hard surface. Your baby holds a rattle or other baby toys and holds up head and chest. At this age baby pushes up to elbows when laying on stomach. Baby also reaches for objects with one hand.

In 4 month milestones baby coordinates seeing and movement spotting something they want, then reaching for it. He/ she Follows objects moving from side to side with eyes. Baby also Bring hands to mouth. In 4 month milestones baby smiles spontaneously most often at people. He/ she enjoys playing and may react with negative emotion, such as crying, if playing stops. In  4 month milestones baby can holds head steady, unsupported and pushes down on legs when feet are on a hard surface. Baby may be able to roll over from tummy to back. Baby can hold a toy and shake it and swing at dangling toys.
